The undead rogues are the elite of the Assassins of the Silent Blade. They sometimes search for rare venoms and other poisons with the Primal Vampire Master … but only when the Master isn’t feeding on the blood of his High Priestess. As Dhampir blood is an extremely rare and difficult-to-find ingredient for certain anti-venoms, the undead rogues will not hesitate to try to steal some from the Master living in the middle territory … sometimes losing their own heads in the process.

The undead rogue can inflict toxic damage on its opponent.
The undead rogue may gain the following procs during a battle:
- Bloodboil: Bloodboil is an offensive buff that gives a chance to deal toxic damage at the beginning of a combat round against a weak-blooded opponent. Weak-blooded is the adjective describing the status acquired after being hit with the anemia proc or the destroy blood cells feat and having the weak blood status effect go into effect.
- System shock: System shock is an offensive buff that gives a chance to deal toxic damage against a weak-blooded opponent at the beginning of a combat round. Weak-blooded is the adjective describing the status acquired after being hit with the anemia proc or the destroy blood cells feat and having the weak blood status effect go into effect.
The undead rogue can be summoned to a battle as a servant of any coven boss.
You can only encounter the undead rogue creature in the Vangoth castle portal.
Vanquish a undead rogue in battle, and you may occasionally discover that some of the following items have been left behind as loot:
The undead rogue is the object of the Overpower quest from the torturer, the local trainer in the Vangoth castle portal.
You must defeat 15 undead rogues to complete the Overpower quest.
