Bacchus hath drowned more men than Neptune.

— Thomas Fuller

Neptune's fury is a bound electric hammer-style weapon.

You must be at least level 120 and have at least 115 rage points to craft and use Neptune's fury.

Neptune's fury has the ability to deal between 85 and 105 electric damage against an opponent in each round of a battle.

Passive abilities

Neptune's fury increases your chance of hitting an opponent by 8%.

Neptune's fury also increases the chance you will make a critical hit on an opponent by 12%.

Weapon proficiency

The Neptune's fury is a hammer. Your setup with Neptune's fury will gain additional skills as your hammer proficiency increases.

Hammer proficiency adds a chance to gain stun to your hammer-weapon setup at level 1, a better chance to gain stun at level 2, and the best chance of gaining stun at level 3.

The demolisher glyph used with the Neptune's fury will count each battle as two towards hammer proficiency.

Using Neptune's fury with the demolisher glyph will increase the damage dealt by Neptune's fury by 20%.

You can inscribe Neptune's fury with any of the wrath inscriptions for weapons. The proc associated with the lifebound wrath inscription increases the chance to resist hostile procs, while each of the other wrath inscriptions has an offensive buff that gives a chance to increase the amount of damage dealt against an opponent from a particular damage school.

Sockets and gems

The Neptune's fury has a total of three sockets for gems:

You may gain one or more of the following procs while using the Neptune's fury:

  • Procs-Chain attack.png  Chain attack: The chain attack proc is an offensive and disruptive proc that gives a chance to deal an additional weapon attack in the same combat round. Chain attack can be gained up to 5 times in a single combat round. Effects that are triggered by hitting an opponent may also trigger again.
  • Procs-Shield.png  Shield: The shield proc is a defensive buff that reduces incoming damage from vampiric creatures (or from other players in PvP) for the remainder of combat. [[]] is a level 2 proc on Neptune's fury.
  • Procs-Stun.png  Stun: The stun proc is a defensive buff that causes an opponent to lose the ability to attack for one round of a battle.

You must craft Neptune's fury with the assistance of Dick Ryder, the local merchant for the Underwater city.
