You must be at least level 100 and have at least 85 rage points to craft and use the icegloom weapon.
The icegloom weapon has the ability to deal between 80 and 100 ice damage against an opponent in each round of a battle.
An icegloom increases your chance of hitting an opponent by 8%.
An icegloom weapon also increases the chance you will make a critical hit on an opponent by 7%.
