You must be at least level 115 to purchase and use the coral sarcophagus.
The coral sarcophagus increases your maximum bloodlust by 35.
The coral sarcophagus also increases your maximum blood by 150.
Defensive-use only procs
The coral sarcophagus has the following procs associated with it:
- Absorb: The defensive absorb proc is a defensive buff that once per defensive combat battle absorbs a certain amount of damage inflicted by another player who attacks you in PvP. Defensive absorb is only available in those defensive PvP situations and will not activate in normal PvE or PvB situations or in PvP situations in which you are the aggressor. Defensive absorb is a level 4 proc on a coral sarcophagus.
- Bloodward: The defensive bloodward proc is a defensive buff that can reduce the amount of damage you would otherwise take from players who attack you. Defensive bloodward is only available in those defensive PvP situations and will not activate in normal PvE or PvB situations or in PvP situations in which you are the aggressor. Defensive bloodward is a level 4 proc on a coral sarcophagus.
- Nerves of steel: The nerves of steel proc reduces the amount of damage taken from psychic weapons and other sources of psychic damage. Nerves of steel is a level 3 proc on a coral sarcophagus.

You cannot trade or give a coral sarcophagus to another player.
You can disenchant a coral sarcophagus.
You can expect to receive between 1 and 2 blood rubies when you disenchant and destroy a coral sarcophagus.
You cannot remove a coral sarcophagus from your inventory by scrapping it for credits.
