Belt of the ancients is a belt.


You must be at least level 14 and have at least 13 constitution points to craft and use the belt of the ancients.

Special abilities

The belt of the ancients increases your maximum blood by 20.

A belt of the ancients increases your chance of resisting hostile procs by 1.

Sockets and gems

A belt of the ancients has a total of one socket for gems:


The belt of the ancients has the following procs associated with it:

  • Procs-Flourish.png  Flourish: The flourish proc is a defensive proc that removes one instance of the necrosis proc per level from an opponent. Flourish is a level 1 proc on a belt of the ancients.


A belt of the ancients can be combined with one or more of the following items to form the set oath of the ancients:

Boots Path of the ancients
Chest (body) armor Bark of the ancients
Hand armor Touch of the ancients
Head armor Crown of the ancients
Weapon Ancient oak staff

When two or more set items are used together, your entire set-up receives an additional bonus. See the oath of the ancients page or the sets page for more information about those bonuses.



You must craft the belt of the ancients with the assistance of the crazy hermit, the merchant in the dark forest.

Crafting materials

Collect the following items to craft the belt of the ancients:


You cannot trade or give a belt of the ancients to another player.


You can disenchant a belt of the ancients.

You can expect to receive between xx and yy blood rubies when you disenchant and destroy a belt of the ancients.
